Brian Dicks is serving his second term as Corner Brook ward councillor for the Qalipu Mi’kmaq First Nation Band. He serves as the chair of the Qalipu Fisheries Committee and the Housing Committee. Brian also sits as a director on the Qalipu Cultural Foundation.
Brian has an extensive background in business development, finance and senior management, and draws on his experience in these areas to promote economic growth and sound financial management within Qalipu. He is also an ardent promoter of Mi’kmaq culture and heritage.
